At Sarvodaya Residence for the Seniors, our staff is the heart of the home. From caregivers who attend to our residents' daily needs, to cooks who prepare nutritious meals, to nurses, counsellors and security personnel — every team member is selected, trained and supported to provide a high standard of care.
All staff members work under the supervision of the Project Manager and follow the operational guidelines laid down by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJE) under the Integrated Programme for Senior Citizens. Background verification, role-specific training and regular performance reviews ensure our residents are always in safe and capable hands.
